Joined Rubí Automotive in 1998 to launch his professional career in the field of Industrial Quality. Expert in Management Systems, his main contribution has been the improvement of processes via automation and artificial vision.

After working in the aeronautics sector, he joined Rubí Automotive in 2008 to set up the Group’s plant in Galicia (Ribadavia).

For the past 24 years, she has managed the staff of key players in the aeronautics, biotechnology, iron and steel industry or renewable energy sectors. Since 2018, she is responsible for HR and talent acquisition at Rubí Automotive.

Mechanical Engineer from the Ecole National d’Ingenieurs in Metz, France. His vast experience across the automotive sector has led him to work for different European companies in the set-up of industrialisation processes, project management or OEM relations. Since 2019, he works as the Group’s Sales Manager and is the person responsible for maintaining relationships with global clients.
